Two part interview - one is a personal interview with review of credentials, and the other is hands-on where observe and then implement discrete trial teaching (DTT) with a learner. In the interview process, the director explained that they are not looking for perfection but how trainable you are.

The interview was a one-on-one interview and took place with the principal. Before formally starting the interview, she took the time to give information about the institute, explain the position, and I got the opportunity to observe a classroom. When that was done, there was an interview.
