The interview process was very thorough and efficient; it involved a pre-screen call, 2 phone interviews and a two hour, in-person interview with the CEO. I was ridiculously overdressed in business professional attire. The interviewers were friendly and relaxed and the interviews were more conversational. They asked about my experience versus firing the same old, standard interview questions at me. The final interview was on Friday and I was offered the position on Monday.
