Met recruiter at career fair. Had an online phone call and then a 2 hour interview. Got ghosted after following up twice with my recruiter. Extremely disheartening and unprofessional to take up a large amount of a candidates time just to ghost them.

I met the interviewers at a table on my campus and had a great conversation with them. I gave them my resume and they offered me an interview. The interview was very straightforward and not technical focused. I got emailed back soon after.
