Phone calls with HR then hiring manager. Said they were going to send me an official offer that day but never did. Called back and said that me not wanting to work there long term didn’t work for them.

First interview with a manager and plus one which did not go very well due to the judgements issued. While I did my best to answer it in a calm way, the experience highlighted this is not a team I would like to join.

Entretien
The first interview is a phone interview to test your motivations and your willingness to work for them.
Then if the result of the phone interview is positive, you are invited in their office for two more interviews: one with HR to test your CV and your fit and a second with the manager of the department you are applying for with more technical questions.
Nothing unexpected.
