I was contacted a month after I applied and asked for dates/times I would be available to speak. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks (despite following-up twice with the recruiter). I was finally able to schedule a call with the recruiter, but she never called me on the agreed upon time. It's incredibly disappointing to block off time out of my busy schedule to be blown off by this unprofessional recruiter. Judging from the reviews on this site it's probably for the best I didn't proceed further into the interview process, this company is clearly having problems.
