J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alteryx (Bengaluru) en janv. 2025
Entretien
The interview process consists of four rounds: one HackerRank assignment, two technical interviews, and one HR interview. I did not receive any follow-up after the first technical round, despite it being relatively straightforward. I kindly request that candidates be kept informed of the outcome, regardless of the decision.

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alteryx (Prague) en août 2022
Entretien
Few rounds, I would describe it as an average, very common approach, no big surprises. Practical programming test in one of the online tools which was outdated and some stuff not working, but we've figured that out.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alteryx (Broomfield, CO) en nov. 2016
Entretien
I submitted an online application and then had an HR phone interview followed by a technical phone interview. I was then called in for an onsite interview. There was some time lag between the interviews but that was not a problem for me. The onsite interview lasted about 2 and 1/2 hours where I spoke with about half a dozen people. I talked with a management group, a peer group, one upper management person and a development manager. I then had a quick tour of the facilities.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The interview questions were as expected. Asking about my past job experience, and my technical skill set. Expand on some of your achievements, some problems you encountered and how you over came them. What are you looking for in a company? technically and culturally. There were two technical problems I was asked to solve/discuss and they were appropriate - not too long or esoteric.
Some questions about how you see yourself personality-wise. They asked if I had any questions, which I did. But there was nothing tricky or awkward. Basically it was a straightforward fact finding session for both sides about technical skills/requirements and cultural expectations.
