J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Altus Engineering (Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD)
Entretien
Saw the job posting on my university's job portal and emailed the recruiter about the offer. After a quick phone screen, we set up an in-person interview for the next week. We went out to eat (usually lunch, but they can accommodate - I got breakfast) with the hiring manager, CEO, and 3 of the other programmers on the team. This means that the group can get kind of big, so be prepared for that. The questions are really testing your experience with hands-on coding, such as explaining your roles on various projects and what technologies you have used in the past. However you are not required to write any code. The final step was an onsite interview with some of the civilian folks you will be working with. It was more of the same type of questions. They are more trying to get a feel to see if you will fit in with the team and will have the passion and enthusiasm for the job.
