Very Poor communication. Had to reach out multiple times to get a response. Seemed from the interview process that they have very high turnover and have trouble retaining talent. Pay is also much lower than what it should be

The interview process lasted approximately an hour with two managers/directors via Teams, followed by an Excel test. The interview was standard, having general and non-technical questions in a discussion format.
