Interview process was not difficult. You were called into the office of the interviewer where you sat down across from them and were asked 5-6 questions relating to your university background, previous work experiences in the elementary classroom, and what your future plans were in regards to working in the district.

It was a easy interview process. Just a few questions about class room management. They also asked me what I would do if the teacher did not leave any lesson plans.
