Resume based and also overall testing of the knowledge level. Interview also covered all the aspects of the subject including law, standards, auditing and finanace.

First they took one online assessment, after few days they I was selected for the interview. They ask basic HR questions and some questions related to batteries like Primary cells, secondary cells etc.
