The interview process is quite involved. The owner has adopted a philosophy of making sure the individuals he hires fit well with his team.
The first interview was with the owner. Kind a of a feeling out process.
The second interview was more technical in nature and we with the Service Manager.
The third visit usually involves sitting alongside one of his existing technicians, and see how they go about their day. This quite possibly involves the applicant getting involved with the trouble ticket being worked at the time.
The fourth and fifth interview involved a lunch, fourth one, a restaurant of their choosing, fifth one a restaurant of yours.
The fourth interview was with the owner and with the service manager. Kind of a way to find out more about you and see of the chemistry is right.
The fifth meeting was the actual job offer.
