Heavy focus on their leadership questions. I treated it like a standard behavioral interview which was a mistake. There was lots of focus on making deadlines and going above and beyond for customers

Entretien
The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an initial screening call where the HR representative explained the role and asked a few basic questions about my background. This was followed by a technical round where I was asked to solve coding problems and discuss past projects. Finally, there was a brief discussion with a senior team member about my approach to learning and collaboration. Overall, the process was smooth and informative.

They asked me to explain a project I had worked on and how I approached problem-solving during its development. They were particularly interested in how I handled challenges and optimized the solution.

I feel they give a chance to do 1round at least. 1round is coding test. If you have exercised it, it's quite manageable levels. Unfortunately, I failed last question with time limit.
