After sending my CV and motivation letter via a job board, I had good contact with an Administration assistant, who told me that my profile was fitting the position. The 2nd step was an online test, pretty interesting, which I also passed. After that, I had an invitation for a video meeting with one of the founders, Felipe, on a Tuesday at 18h50. However, he only showed up at 19h25 without any explanation or apology. He had no idea who I was and was focused on doing some other assignment, rather than talking to me. He asked me 2 questions and cut me off everytime without letting me finish my responses. And after, he asked me to do a role play exercice of a cold-calling by calling himself the master of cold calling, in which he was playing the position of someone who just does not want to talk at all. Then he cut off the exercice by calling me out by the wrong name, told me that he needed to switch to another interview and wished me good luck. Now, after reading the reviews of people who worked there, I am really glad the interview didn't go well and I will not be offered a position.
