first by phone with the recruiter, second with HR Manager and third with the hiring director. The duration of the process was 2 months until I received the proposal.

It was fine, quite easy going and more a conversation than an interview. Hiring manager was nice and it felt comfortable. No waiting time and only with hiring manager, no HR person was met.
