first they take written examination in which there are 3 sections apti,quantitative and logical reasoning,apart from this one more section is there ,i.e.technical section. In technical ,questions from data base , unix and any one programming language(you have to choose either from java,c or c++)should be there. after qualifying they will call you for technical round and then hr round.

First round is HR screening call, second round will be technical where you will be asked for questions related to your current role and some technical questions and last will be managerial round. Overall just read the job description and prepare accordingly.
