Interview was good. I had 3 rounds of interviews with first 2 rounds being mostly technical and last round being HR. The type of questions were pretty straight forward and mostly on topics from my resume. It was an on campus interview. So I am not sure about the difficulty level in off campus case. First we had a written test with questions being a good mix of quantitative, analytical, technical and puzzles followed by the interview process for selected set of students.

First round with HR to know current assignment. If it fits the requirement then technical round with hiring manager. If selected then last round with HR for negotiations. once it is done one can get the call to join at the earliest.

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
