Overall, had a poor experience interviewing. I had been interviewing with 5-6 other companies at similar time, and Amer Sports was by far the worst experience. Many phone calls from recruiter, four 1 hour interviews, & they tried to ask for another HOUR to talk through offer details. Overall took many weeks; most interviews before 8am. The recruiter told me I was their top pick & wanted to give an offer, very excited to move forward; then they ghosted me for 2 weeks. I had to reach out to finally get a resolution.. telling them I was uninterested & had other offers. Overall unprofessional, not respecting of my time or value. Pretty disappointing given their amazing brands & company 'values'.
