I applied to an EA position and quickly was set up for interviews etc. Had great interviews w a few people (HR, Finance team) and then got ghosted for 2 weeks. I reached out to only find out, they "decided to go with another candidate". Which is fine but be more communicative and don't ghost people in this economy. Companies need to be held accountable on how they treat candidates.

Entretien
Went through first round screen with HR and another EA(wasn't specified they would be there). Answered questions and explained role well. Said they were early in the interview process but I had to reach out after 2 weeks and they said they decided to go with another candidate.
