Phone interview, then in person interview, with a follow up call. It was personable and easy - but very disorganized. I was told I was gonna get the job in person, then was told I didnt get it over the phone two weeks later....

They asked what position I was applying for, and asked what my experience was. I guess the phone interviewer and in person interviewers dont talk.
