As a recent graduate the process was pretty straightforward. Interviewed with two people who were extremely friendly and easygoing. Most asking about how my experience would lend itself well to the opportunity. Overall great experience.

Two interviews; very smooth and streamlined process. Honest and transparent answers. Usually a two-week gap in between interviews, and not too long of a wait in a final decision either.
Fingerprinting required for security purposes, but not required until after hire.

Super fast and quick responses. Easy interview about why you want to be an americorps member. All of this was online due to COVID-19. The second interview was on google meet. Then I was offered the position the next day.

Not intimidating, the employer was very much focused on making sure you are comfortable. I was able to answer the question within my own time frame and there was no rush to it.
