The interview process went very well. I applied with a recruiter who contacted me and stated they may have a position I may be a fit for. Once I applied, they called me the next day stating they would like to schedule an interview with America Works for me. I stated that is fine and the next day, I interviewed with the Director and Manager in a duel interview. After that, I was scheduled for a second interview with our current CEO. After that, I was notified that I received the job.

Paper application, meet with directors and then with the CEO. Quick turn around for an answer.
The directors are interested in hearing about the individuals and the experiences they have working with people receiving government benefits.
