I applied online to an Automotive NPI Program Manager opening and received a call from HR only five days later (7/24/2025). The employee I spoke with was very polite and was impressed by my background, but stated very clearly that the role is 100% on-site at their HQ and would pay between $80k-$100k. I started at MAGNA in fall of 2023 with the same title for $130k in a rural area.
