First: a big group interview with activities and ice breakers (about 20 possible CA's in one room) . A lot of get to know you activities, who you are, what your personality is, etc. Very fun!
Second: One on 4 interview (managers or hiring personnel from each property) If there is a bunch of properties around, they will see where you fit best

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
