Video Interview then they will call you to schedule a group or individual interview; they ask for your resume and any other schedule that will conflict with working, then they pick you and you do a drug test, and if you are hired you start immediately with in house training and then you are added to the schedule

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
