recruiter contacted me within a couple days of submitting my application. he explained the job and what would be expected. he was really friendly and put me at ease. asked questions about my experience and motivation. got feeling he was really trying to get to know me and not just ask questions off a list. good experience.

They seemed to really just be looking to make sure I was the right personality fit, since the initial screen showed I had the correct experience. Questions were really just standard interview questions, like discussing my background, my interest, my comfort with ambiguity, and travel.
