first round interview by HR, she went through resume first, given several technique questions regarding basic statistical concepts. such as what is P-value, what is type I and type II error, what is the assumption for linear regression model.

Interviewer is very nice and patient. Basically ask some questions about how to clean the data, handle data, how to select the model and how to use model to predict.

I applied through a recruiter from LinkedIn . Got phone interview immediately by a statistician. The questions they asked were very techinical. They don't ask any behavior questions at all. Got rejected about three weeks.

I have experienced 2 round of interview. One with statistician, second with another statistician. Got rejection letter the day after I interviewed. I applied for statistician but got a rejection for senior statistician. So wired.
