The HR department was very slow to reply to emails. The interviewer was not professional. There was a lot of confusion about visas. There were no clear answers given to the potential employee about the daily schedule and classes or age of students.

Was online interview. Asked to prepare teacher demo which was to be set up with school but never heard back from school after multiple follow-ups. School is big and has branches all across Taiwan.

The interview process stared out with HR reaching out for an interview with the academic manager. This was followed by them giving me an offer letter, which I politely declined.
