Entretien
Initial intake interview with HR Manager via phone. The second interviews with retail and store manager. Reasonable, short interviews asking basic problem solving questions and retail experience feedback. Interviews more asking for experience selling product and working with a wide range of customers. Definitely felt it was a pro if you had worked in a kid-friendly retail environment before.

Entretien
Terrible and a waste of time. First you do an HR screening call and then an actually interview if you wait for 4 hours. They ask simple questions but their process is redundant.
Applied in person, received a phone interview a few days later and was asked to come in person for a face to face interview. Was offered the position a few hours later.
