Thorough but not unusually stressful. Professional but comfortable. Fairly standard. Offer came quickly, well organized HR. They give you a platform that you follow with a bit of creativity.

Three different interviews, one with HR, one on the computer on a webcam, final with individuals. While I liked their extensive interview process, once I got in person, I was met with the rudest people ever. By the time I left, I was so over the interview, I knew I would never accept a position from them. The feeling was probably mutual since I did not get an offer, but it made me never want to work for this company which is not a good way to do business.

Phone call with recruiter followed by Skype. General questions about work history and working style. In-person interview with management was more in depth and involved answering questions about managing projects and skill sets. Also emotional intelligence.
