You can get a guaranteed interview at AIL if someone refers you. They will, because they get a bonus when you make your first sale. The interview process has 5 stages, though I think it is just intended to look big and important. I think they hire about 50% of the interviewees due to the HUGE (95% +) turnover. They have you sign 15+ papers and contracts, without much time given to read them. This is how they end up charging you money later. You find out the incredibly sketch details of the job once you go to your first meeting.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Can you get this license in one week? How sure are you?
(This is a huge testing process with many, many pages of reading that you need to memorize enough of to pass a state licensing exam in seven days).

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
