I was contacted via Monster.com and told to call and was given a date to come in for an interview, which was a group of people in front of one of their senior agents talking about the job. You were called back if they saw the word "sales" on your resume and given another date to come in for an actual interview. My personal opinion that anyone with sales experience can land a job here as the interview was a breeze, i the "managers" hiring just want more sales people under their belt so they are willing to try out nearly everybody. Do your research if Life Insurance if for you.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
