It’s a 5 stage process where you’re shown how the company works. First you filled out an application then waited your turn. It started out one on one but I felt like the interviewer was not interested in having me there. Kept looking out the window and fidgeting. Then I was asked if I could stay for an hour to do the group session. We filled out another application and a few people introduced themselves. Next we were told about the company and watched a video which we had to take notes on. Then we answered some questions and discussed some things and filled out another application. We were told we’d receive a phone call either way. Later that day I was invited back for the 4th stage of the process. I accepted but based on the job description advertised I told them upfront I wasn’t interested as it was not what I expected.

1st interview was with a manager who sent me to another room with a whole bunch of people. Filled out questionnaire. Then had big group meeting where they BS you about the job. Then they called me to hire me and sign me up to take the life insurance licensing class.

Contacted via email by a recruiter. I advised I was not looking for sales and stated the name of the company was something other than AIL. Told me not to worry as they had multiple positions open. Recruiter would not answer further questions via email or return requests for a phone call. I went in for the interview, only found that it was AIL based on the address given by the recruiter, not the name of the company provided in the email. Went through the interview, confirmed it was sales.
