Completely swindled and coaxed me into thinking this position is a life changer. First sign of a pyramid scheme. You have to pay money to even start with the training. 100% commission so you can make money if you’re driven and good at sales but at the end of the day don’t buy into it if you care about working at company that actually values your talents and has your back. If they did, there would be a minimum salary and benefits and protection when clients decide to cancel their insurance packages.

Question 1
Oh this isn’t going to be formal, I just want to get a read on your personality to see if you can really sell.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
