Today marks the second time I've been contacted by someone from an AIL branch office (2 different locations) stating they found my resume on Monster.com and felt I would be a good fit for a position. Neither person that I spoke with referred to the company as AIL - rather, I believe each branch/location owner is able to give it their own "Corporate" name so you may fall for their scheme. They try to set up an interview with you before they even tell you what the job is. Anyway, both folks that I spoke with were unable to answer questions I had about the positions (basic questions, such as working hours and skills needed) and said I would be able to ask questions at the interview. Both times, I was emailed a confirmation of my interview. The email address is some form of AI Life.com (ailnj.com was the most recent, though it was for a position in Mass!). The email does specifically state the job is with American Income Life.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
