I was interviewed by phone, then a 1 on 1 interview, then a group interview, then another one-on-one interview, than one more interview. The group interview was a competitive interview in which you need to stand out if you wish to make it to the next stage in the interview process.
You sit through a short presentation to get an idea of the process and benefits. They ask the typical sales questions to get you engaged. With a door to door type sales position they explain the importance of setting appointments.

they have a webinar that explains the job then they have a questionnaire for you to fill out, seems very detailed and informative for someone who's never been in the insurance industry. seems like you could make a lot of money if you were good with people.
Fun and informative , the company has agencies within the company that act as independent subsidiaries. The Andre McCollum agency seems to be a lively place to be at and the atmosphere is great.
