Mulitiple phone calls with the hiring manager and the manager's peer in another state. After interview had more follow up phone calls before the offer. I think the hiring manager was just unsure of how to assess my skill sets and needed multiple people to approve my hire. Wasn't an impressive process and had me thinking it was a case of analysis paralysis.
Easy, was contacted two times by HR to finalize and communications was great. Meeting the hiring manager was also very helpful. The tone was pleasant and next steps were discussed if I should get there
There were four interviews total, one in-person. The communication throughout the process wasn't the best. My initial interview was post-postponed at the last minute, I didn't receive a lot of time to arrange my in-person interview, and then they took much longer (nearly a month) to get back to me about the final decision than they said they would.
