For the first interview, I was asked to describe my experience, the projects I've been on, and what I was looking for professionally and in terms of salary. Late into the interview, it was described to me that their "Software Engineer I" position was in fact going to be about 80% helpdesk work, and was not the full-stack opportunity advertised.
