So started to receive a email from a Recruiter going back and forth in regards to: - Interview schedule 1st round of Interview was email after: ***** enjoyed his conversation with you about the CAD Tech role. We would like to schedule the next round of interviews for you. So had a Second interview (For some reason 2nd interview was schedule twice, Went and participated in 2nd interview (Virtual) This was a different individual but informed me "He only had 7 minutes to talk" I still preceeded and was informed I would get a reschedule interview. Well once I email the Recruiter informing the reschedule requested by the interviewer I received this email: "They enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about your experience, skills and accomplishments. Unfortunately, we have decided not to move forward with your candidacy at this time. That said, new positions open up frequently, please keep an eye our career page for opportunities that may interest you. Additionally, we will keep your resume on file for consideration for future openings." This is not to talk bad, slander, or place any bad stigma on the reputation of any company This review intent of "Clarity/ Understanding" From the perspective of Interviewer and Interviewee. Interviewer: Respect, Fairness, Attentiveness is vital key Interviewee: All companies aren't perfect (most times Higher Upd aren't aware of issues as such so becuz you get the job or not analyzing you and questioning Company is not bad) If I receive a longer Interview, gotten a chance I believe I might not of got chosen but with my skills and background I would atleast should of been place FAIRLY in the list of Top 3
