Very unorganized. They didn't know what I was interviewing for. I had another friend interview for my role and they gave my friend an offer for the legal dept with a higher pay. Mind you, my friend had no experience or interest there.

I have applied on-line and received an invitation for on-site interview right away. The interview was not difficult, just basic regular questions. I have met with two people. I was surprised to find out that they are actually looking for a clerk not an examiner. It was not pleasant surprise. However, I didn't stope the process. The same day I have received a phone call asking me to do drug test. After they got results they made an offer. Even though I was exited about this job, they offered really low pay rate stressing out the benefits. They were not open for any negotiations, so I had to decline this offer.
