The process took one day .First round was written round with basic aptitude questions,further rounds were based on your communication and analytical skills.It's been more than 3 weeks but they have still not given out any results ,everytime you mail them or call them they say they are still evaluating and need more time.

In first round an aptitude test was taken. Asked some puzzles. They also asked some situation based questions. You can easily find these puzzles online..just search for interview puzzles. But they mostly review your communication skills, so you should be confident and fluent while speaking. Dont answer every question briefly..flaunt your communication skills if u have goos comm skills.
