Entretien
I received they day after I applied and set up my interview for the next day. There was a short over-the-phone interview at that time. The next day my interview was about 45 minutes late but the actual interview was a wonderful three stage interview with different interviewers asking different questions. I felt that my character was well captured and appreciated throughout the whole process.

I had to take several day classes that clashed with my daily schedule were extremely inflexible. This was easily the worst part of the hiring process.

Entretien
You will be asked several questions regarding any experience you may have with guest service. Ameristar is a guest service focused company and they take pride in treating their guests with the utmost hospitality. You will also be expected to be available for all week-ends and holidays so don't be surprised when they tell you that in the interview.
After going through this interview process you will be asked to take a drug screening test which is done by taking a sample of saliva with a cotton swab. It's really not a tough interview but be prepared to give up your own outside ambitions to get anywhere with this company.

They will ask you to tell them about a time you had a guest or customer who was completely irate and dissatisfied with you or a previous employer and what you did you quell their anger.
