Was a 2 hour process wherein I was interviewed by 4 people in 30 minute intervals. Questions normally revolved around technical expertise and past experience as an intern. Was a pretty straightforward experience and was also asked about how I prepared for the actuarial exams.

Phone screen with HR. Then interviewed with various department head actuaries. The department head actuaries that liked you most would then follow up with you directly and offer you a position.
