There was an initial HR Manager phone screening and then went to onsite multiple panel type interviews. Amgen put me through a rigorous interview after the interview process onsite. Amgen recruiting team tried to work out the logistics, but in the end, several key interviewers did not show to their respective timeslots. I was asked to build a case study that in turn would be evaluated. The specific requirements would force me to divulge client sensitive information and most clients pay for those types of case studies. In all, the process was unorganized and presented as getting free information rather than an interview.
