Did two phone interviews and was waiting to hear back from them for their big hiring event where they bring a bunch of people in at the same time for interviews. Hiring managers just completely ghosted me then Covid hit so it didn't matter in the end but it was still a bit unprofessional.

Recruiter screening call followed by a few more phone calls and then a in-person panel interview with 3 different levels within the department. Levels varied from senior research associate to management to higher management.

I had the recruiter first round interview. It went smoothly. The interviewer made the whole process very easy. But the position and my experience didn't match well. So I wasn't sure why I was interviewed

Two half an hour long interviews. Department Histopathology. Asked about Experience in IHC staining, IF staining and microscopy, image analysis and report writing. Particular about using Leica bond IHC staining.
