After applying for the Claim's Adjuster Trainee position online, I was called the next day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of a few situation-based questions and some small talk. The interviewer started with 'Tell me about yourself." I was asked about how I manage my time in order to handle stress or a heavy workload. I was asked how I would adapt to being in a new city. I was asked about some things on my resume such how I chose my major. And I was asked a few other questions that I cannot recall.
