I was set up to do a webcam interview with three principals in the company. Two executive level and one human resources person. This lasted for over an hour. Everyone was courteous, respectful and friendly.

You're asked the basic interview questions: where do you see yourself in five years; Describe a time at a previous job you went above and beyond; What experience do you have that makes you a good match for this position, etc.

Entretien
Multiple phone call interviews with principals of company who are located either in Las Vegas or Virginia. Casual discussion that anybody with any warehouse experience should be able to handle well.

They ask what you know about Amify and Amazon independent sellers. What experience in shipping you have and how that relates to their overall operation rundown you'll get in the first part of the phone conversation. Listen and think before speaking. If you don't know what to say just tell them you'll have to think about that question and come back to it.
