1. Talent team call me to make an appointment and told me the details, benefits, company culture 2. Make an appointment 3. Interview with team and leader 4. Waiting for interview results 5. Talent team email me to inform the interview result 6. Discuss the offer till final and sign the offer letter.
The acquisition team always update the progress and follow up the result from the decision maker for updating to the candidate in every steps of recruiting process. Moreover, they will assist the candidate on the struggled issues as well
