Entretien
I was invited to meet with a group of others who were chosen for an interview. We were asked some questions as a group prior to completing one-on-one interviews. Questions were general, open-ended, and relevant.

Surface level and quick. It was very professional and I was able to get my questions answered about the position. I would have liked more time to learn about the organization and how my work fit into the mission statement.

Question 1
Can you talk about a time when you had a difficult conversation with someone? How did you resolve it?

General question about why do you won't to work with Amnesty. The hiring process was very easy, but when the work start and the bring contract documents I see that they didn't say truth during interview. For example: when I saw ad in Craigslist it was mentioned that salary starts from $15/hr within 2 weeks. $16.50/hr within 3 months and 17.50/hr within 6 months. In reality, first 2 weeks you will get only $13/hr.
Also they didn't say the truth about requirements to this position. They told that canvassers need to demonstrate their interest and passion and try to bring new members to the organisation. But when you sign the contract, you will see that they require you during first week of training to sign at least 3 people. If you don't sing anybody, they will ask you not to come next week. And requirements to bring new members is getting high every week. If they tell me the truth during the interview, I would't quit my job for that position.
