You first interview with the hiring manager, then a director from the same department along with someone from another team. After going through those steps, you meet with the HR director to answer more broad questions related to your overall fit as part of the org.

Very straightforward phone call with supervisor and one other person in department. No particularly difficult questions. They were interested in whether I had customer service experience. They asked what I knew about the organization. It was only one interview, done completely over the phone, and did not have to come in person to interview.
