I have applied to Amplify several times, and the latest time I was sent an e-mail from them to put in an application. After they requested I submitted my application and never heard back from them again. I even reached out to two different recruiters and was ignored. Their online application system has a job where I am still "In Review" that is 3 years old and have never been closed. I find it very unprofessional and insulting to request an application then never follow up.
